KVKK Explicit Consent Text

I give my explicit consent to the transfer abroad, under Article 9 of the Turkish Personal Data Protection Law (KVKK), of my personal data specified in the Privacy Notice (work e-mail address, full name, company name, instance ID and data arising from my use of the Store) by Trusapien Yapay Zeka ve Bilişim Teknolojileri A.Ş., for the purpose of and limited to providing the Store services, to:

• the Hetzner Online GmbH hosting infrastructure located in Germany and Finland,
• large-language-model providers located abroad (OpenAI), to the extent required by the service.

I may withdraw my explicit consent at any time by writing to support@trusapien.com; withdrawal does not affect the lawfulness of processing before withdrawal. Explicit consent is not a precondition for the provision of the service.
