Notice on the Processing of Personal Data

Data Controller: Trusapien Yapay Zeka ve Bilişim Teknolojileri A.Ş., Antalya Teknokenti, Antalya (“Trusapien”). We are informing you pursuant to Article 10 of the Turkish Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (“KVKK”).

1. The personal data we process

When you create an account on the Trusapien Agent Store and use the Store, we process your work e-mail address, your first and last name, your company name, your Trusapien instance ID and your acceptance records relating to the Terms & Conditions (user ID, timestamp, document version). If you give your explicit consent, your usage data is processed through analytics cookies (see the Explicit Consent Text and the Cookie Policy).

2. Purposes of processing and legal grounds

Your data is processed on the legal grounds of the creation and management of your account, the provision of the Store services and the performance of the contract (KVKK Art. 5/2-c), compliance with our legal obligations (Art. 5/2-ç), and our legitimate interests in ensuring the security of the service and in keeping records (Art. 5/2-f). Analytics cookies rely solely on your explicit consent (Art. 5/1); your explicit consent is obtained through a separate text, and this notice is not a declaration of consent.

3. Transfers

Within the scope of hosting services, your data is transferred domestically to Koçsistem Bilgi ve İletişim Hizmetleri A.Ş., and abroad to the Hetzner Online GmbH infrastructure located in Germany and Finland. Transfers abroad are carried out on the basis of the standard contract published by the Personal Data Protection Authority pursuant to Article 9 of the KVKK. To the extent required by the service, transfers may be made to large-language-model providers (OpenAI) and, where legally required, to authorised public bodies.

4. Method of collection

Your data is collected electronically, by automated or partly automated means, through the account creation form and during your use of the Store.

5. Your rights

You may exercise your rights under Article 11 of the KVKK (including requesting information, rectification and erasure, learning the third parties to whom data has been transferred, objecting, and claiming compensation) by written application to our registered address, or by sending an e-mail from the address registered in our systems to support@trusapien.com.
